Nicklas Johansson
Nicklas has been a student of movement and human performance since 1999, starting through high-intensity functional mobility. After co-founding Uppsala Hot Yoga in 2011 and the global yoga platform Yogateket, he pivoted toward the intersection of strength science and energy-system work.
As an OPEX CCP (Certified Coaching Provider), he blends decades of mobility expertise with elite-level programming. He is the lead architect of the Movement Rebels methodology, dedicated to closing the gap between aspiring athletes and professional-grade performance.
Honest citations, plain consensus
Every guide we publish is written and reviewed by the Movement Rebels Coaching Team. Where we cite a study, we have read it. Where the evidence is general, we say so plainly instead of dressing it up with a citation. That rule is non-negotiable: an honest "most evidence shows X" beats a confident wrong citation every time.
The coach reads training data from Garmin Connect, plus Apple Health on iOS and Health Connect on Android. That is the integration surface. We do not claim direct Whoop or Oura support, and we do not list features we have not shipped.
One app instead of five
Movement Rebels is one app for the full picture: strength, endurance, recovery, fuel, planning, coaching, and tracking. Built for hybrid athletes, masters athletes, runners and lifters who want one plan that holds the whole week together. A 7-day free trial covers the entire surface, no card required.
Movement Rebels is operated by Yogakollektivet Sverige AB.
