The workouts, training programs, AI-generated training plans, biohacking protocols, cold exposure guidance, breathwork techniques, nutritional estimates, form analysis feedback, and all other content provided through the Service are for informational and educational purposes only.

This content does not constitute medical, dietetic, or physiotherapy advice. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program, cold exposure protocol, breathwork practice, fasting regimen, dietary change, or other physical activity, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns.

By using this Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

High-intensity training, CrossFit-style workouts, heavy weightlifting, and similar activities carry inherent risks of serious injury, disability, or death
Cold exposure (ice baths, cold showers, cold water immersion) carries risks including hypothermia, cardiac events, cold shock response, and drowning
Breathwork practices (hyperventilation techniques, breath holds) carry risks including dizziness, fainting, and loss of consciousness — never practice breathwork near water or while driving
Fasting and caloric restriction may not be appropriate for everyone and can pose health risks
AI-generated training plans, form analysis, and nutritional estimates are produced by machine learning models that may contain errors or inaccuracies
Form analysis feedback is not a substitute for assessment by a qualified personal trainer, coach, or physiotherapist
Nutritional estimates from food photos are approximations and should not replace guidance from a registered dietitian
You are voluntarily participating in these activities at your own risk
You are solely responsible for determining whether any exercise, protocol, nutrition plan, or practice is appropriate for your fitness level and health condition

⚠ LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Yogakollektivet Sverige AB (Movement Rebels), its owner, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

Personal injury, illness, disability, or death
Property damage or loss
Any consequences of following workout programs, AI-generated training plans, nutritional recommendations, or biohacking guidance
Inaccurate or incomplete information provided through the Service, including AI-generated content such as form analysis feedback, nutritional estimates, and coaching recommendations

You assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of using the Service. This waiver applies regardless of whether the injury or damage is caused by negligence.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Movement Rebels application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must provide accurate information when creating an account
You are responsible for all activity under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Subscription & Payments

4.1 Free & Premium Tiers

The Service offers a free tier and two premium subscription tiers: Rebel Pro and Rebel Pro+. Certain features and content, including AI coaching, form analysis, advanced nutrition tools, and personalized training plans, are restricted to premium subscribers.

4.2 Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe
Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled before the renewal date
Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to change with notice

4.3 Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
We reserve the right to offer refunds at our discretion in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, including the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (distansavtalslagen)

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create through the Service (custom workouts, journal entries, training notes). By creating content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it within the Service for your use.

You agree not to create content that is:

Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
Infringing on intellectual property rights
Containing malicious code or spam

6. AI-Generated Content & Features

6.1 Nature of AI Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence (Google Vertex AI / Gemini) to generate personalized content including training plans, coaching advice, exercise form feedback, and nutritional estimates. This content is generated by machine learning models and:

May contain inaccuracies, errors, or inappropriate recommendations
Should be reviewed with your own judgment before acting on it
Does not constitute professional advice from a certified personal trainer, physiotherapist, dietitian, or medical professional
May vary in quality and accuracy between sessions

6.2 Camera & Media Usage

Certain features (Form Analysis, Food Logging) request access to your device camera. By using these features, you acknowledge that:

You grant the Service permission to capture and transmit images/video to AI processing services
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to capture any images you submit (e.g., do not record other people without consent)
Camera access can be revoked at any time through your browser or device settings

6.3 Nutritional Estimates

AI-powered nutritional estimates from food photos and meal plan suggestions are approximations only. They should not be relied upon for medical dietary requirements, allergy management, or clinical nutrition planning. Always verify nutritional information from authoritative sources when accuracy is critical.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, workout databases, branding, and all original content, is owned by Movement Rebels and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Movement Rebels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid us in subscription fees during the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive (including liability waivers, disclaimers, and limitations of liability).

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
